Any taxes, duties, fees, levies, and other impositions imposed under the Applicable Law
in Kenya on the Consultant, the Sub-consultants, and the Experts.
44.1 The currency or currencies of payment shall be the following: Kenya Shillings, which
should be the same as in the Financial Proposal, Form FIN-2.
