6. Completed tenders MUST be submitted online through the Integrated Financial Management Information
Systems (IFMIS) and One (1 No.) Original hard copy delivered to the address below on or before on or
before 11th February 2026; at 11.00am
7. In case of variance between bid document submitted manually and bid submitted through the IFMIS
System, the tenderer will automatically be disqualified.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers'
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
