A complete set of tender documents can be viewed at Times Tower building 21st Floor during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. 5. Completed Bids are to be saved in the latest PDF documents marked “REF: KRA/HQS/NCB- 060/2025-2026; Renewal of SAP Enterprise Support Licenses and SAP Hub Learning Subscription for a period of Two (2) Years” and submitted to the appropriate KRA E-procurement Web Portal found on the KRA website so as to be received on or before Tuesday 28th April, 2026 at 11.00 a.m. (Local time). 6. Tendering will be conducted under National Open Competitive method using a standardized tender document. 7. An original hard copy or a digital tender security (which MUST be verifiable in form of QR code or an online portal) of Kshs. 500,000.00 in a freely convertible currency valid for 365 days from the date of tender opening i.e. valid until 27th April, 2027. The hard copy of the bid security MUST be dropped in the Tender Security Box located at Ground Floor, Times Tower Building and for digital tender security, it MUST be attached and submitted electronically together with the technical proposal any day before the tender closing date. The hard copy of the Bid Security must be in a sealed envelope bearing the Tender Number and Description and addressed to the address indicated above. 8. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours. 9. The bidding document may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kra.go.ke and the Public Procurement Information Portal; www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to eprocurement@kra.go.ke, telephone +254 020 2817022 and P.O. Submission should strictly be done via the KRA E-Procurement Portal. 12. The Deadline for addressing e-system Bid Submission issues/challenges is 24 hours before the tender closing date and time. 13. Bids will be opened electronically promptly after closing time and Bidders or their representatives are welcome to witness the opening at Times Tower Building located along Haile Selassie Avenue, Nairobi. 14. Tenders MUST be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all applicable taxes and levies. 15. Tenders shall remain valid for three hundred and thirty-five (335) days from the date of opening of tenders. 16. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any other deadline date and time that may be specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address above. 17.
